Founder's Story
Denetra Jackson is the founder and owner of Whiff And Nibble, a women-owned, black-owned novelty gifts business. She is happy to be known as a creative and a foodie. She's a faithful person, who stays involved in her community, but she has faced hard times. Denetra’s inspiration for her business stemmed from overcoming a difficult chapter in her life. She embarked on a transformative journey, both physically and mentally that has inspired her to share it with others.
In her healing journey she found joy, comfort and light during a difficult time by enjoying the fun and familiar scents of her youth. To avoid old habits, she discovered that by simply smelling desserts, it could satisfy her cravings—a sensory trick that sparked her imagination. This unique approach to self-care became the foundation of Whiff And Nibble, where her love for creativity and food come together in every product offered.
